Movie Story:

German soldier Stefan Brandt goes on a mission to Research exiled German Monarch Kaiser Wilhelm II. The Kaiser resides in a secluded mansion in the Netherlands, and since Germany is shooting over Holland, the nation’s authorities are worried that Dutch spies could be observing the Kaiser.

Since Brandt starts to infiltrate the Kaiser’s lifetime seeking clues, he finds himself drawn to a sudden and fervent love with Mieke, among the Kaiser’s maids.
